Sending Sales Invoices Via WhatsApp

The software allows you to send sales invoices to clients via WhatsApp, making it easier for you to communicate and send invoice notifications to your clients.

To enable this feature, you need to follow the following steps:

  • Ensure that the “Send Invoices & Estimates Via-Whats-App” option is enabled in the invoice and estimate settings.
  • Make sure to add a “Mobile” number to the client’s profile so that the option to send the invoice via WhatsApp appears after saving it.

    • If the number is added in the “Telephone” field instead of the “Mobile” field, the option to send the invoice via WhatsApp will not appear.

Steps to send an invoice to the customer via WhatsApp

  1. From the main menu, click on “Sales”.
  2. Click on “Manage Invoices”.
  3. Click on the invoice you want to send via WhatsApp.
  4. Click on the “Send Via WhatsApp” button at the top of the invoice details.
  5. Choose either to continue through the browser or switch to the WhatsApp application if installed on your device.
  6. You will be directed to the conversation with the client registered in your Daftra account.
  7. The client’s invoice link will appear in the message text field.

    • You can add any additional information next to the invoice link before sending.
  8. Click on the “Send” button.

Note: The “Send Via WhatsApp” button will only appear on the invoice display screen if a mobile number is included in the client’s profile.
