Editing the Appointment Actions List

In a previous topic, we learned how to Add an Appointment to an invoice to take a specific action.

In this topic, we will learn how to edit the actions list that you can assign an appointment for.


  1. Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Invoice Management”.
  3. Click on the required invoice.
  4. Click on the “More Options” button at the top of the invoice display window.
  5. Click on “Schedule Appointment”.
  6. Click on the “Actions” menu.
  7. Click on “Edit Actions List”.
  8. On the editing page, you can change the name of each action.
  9. Click on the “Delete” button to remove the action from the list.
  10. Click on the “Add New Action” button to add a new line to the list.
  11. Click on the “Save” button.
