If the Same Product Appears in More Than One Inventory Requisition with Different Quantities, How Is the Quantity Calculated in the Invoice?

When converting a sales order to an invoice and the same product exists in more than one inventory requisition, the system automatically adds up the quantities of that product from all selected permits and includes the total in the invoice.

Example:

• First inventory requisition: Product A with a quantity of 5 units.
• Second inventory requisition: Product A with a quantity of 3 units.
• Result in the invoice: Product A with a quantity of 8 units.

This behavior is automatically applied to all repeated products across the selected permits with no manual action required on your part.
