Adding a Quantity of the Bundle Product to the Warehouse

Daftra offers you the capability to add a new product that consists of several other different products. The quantities of these bundle products get affected when a new quantity of the composite product is added. This feature is primarily tailored for those involved in the sectors of ingredient mixing and production, allowing them to present combined product offers as a single entity to their clients. Follow these steps to manage your bundle products:

1. Click on “Inventory” from the main menu.
2. Select “Products & Services”.
3. Browse the desired bundle product profile.
4. Click on “Add Transaction”.
5. Specify the “Quantity” to be added to the inventory.
6. Adjust the cost by modifying the value of “Unit Price”.
7. Set the date and time of the transaction.
8. Select the desired warehouse to store the bundle product.
   • Note: The warehouse selection option requires having multiple warehouses in the account. For more details, see the guide “Warehouse Management”.
9. Click on the “Save” button.

Important to know:

• The system will automatically add the specified quantity of the bundle product and deduct the required quantities of its components.
• Note: Quantities are manually added to bundle products only if the bundle type is selected as “Pack”.
