Products Printouts

Daftra system provides the ability to create custom prints for products to create a “Product Identification Card” or to create and design “Barcode Templates” in various print sizes. All the designs that are created appear in the “Voucher” menu on the product file display screen.

2. Creating a new Printout for a Product

1. Click on “Templates” from the main menu.
2. Click on “Printable Templates”.
3. Click on the card for “Product Label”.
4. Click on the “Add Template” button.
5. Start designing the template using formatting tools and placeholders such as (product code, product barcode, product unit price, etc.).
6. Click on the “Preview” button to review the template’s appearance.
7. Click on the “Save” button once you are done.

3. Viewing the Printouts in the Product File

1. Click on “Inventory” from the main menu.
2. Click on “Products & Services”.
3. Click on the desired product file.
4. Click on the “Voucher” button.
5. Select the desired template name from the list.
6. The system displays the product print with a set of actions:
   • Print: Directly print the product’s printout.
   • PDF: Download a copy of the printout in PDF format.
   • Send Email: Send the printout via email.
