How can I select and delete a group of clients’ opening balance transactions?

  • Go to SalesClient Payments.
  • From the Payment Method filter, select “Opening Balance” and click Search.
  • Select the required records by checking the checkbox next to each record, or click the checkbox in the table header to select all visible records at once.
  • Click Delete in the bulk actions bar.
  • Confirm the deletion.

Note: Deleting an opening balance transaction automatically deletes the associated journal entry and resets the client’s balance to zero, making the client eligible for deletion from the system if they have no other transactions.
