What Is the Difference Between “Delivered,” “Partially Delivered,” and “Undelivered”?

The invoice delivery status reflects the percentage of items for which an inventory outbound transaction has been recorded. It is automatically determined based on the status of each item in the Stock tab:

• “Undelivered” (red badge): No delivery has been recorded for any of the invoice items yet.
• “Partially Delivered” (yellow badge): Some items have been delivered (for example, by clicking the check icon for one item in the Stock tab), while at least one item remains undelivered.
• “Delivered” (green badge): All invoice items have been delivered, either all at once or gradually, one item at a time.

For example, if the invoice contains multiple items and you deliver only one item by clicking the check icon in the Stock tab, the invoice status automatically changes to “Partially Delivered” and remains so until the last remaining item is delivered, at which point it changes to “Delivered.”
