What are the loyalty points variables, and what’s the difference between them?

The system allows you to add two loyalty points variables to sales invoice printable templates:

• Earned Loyalty Points: the number of points the client earned from this specific invoice.
• Loyalty Points Balance: the client’s total loyalty points balance after this invoice.

The difference is that the first shows only the points from this invoice, while the second shows the client’s full cumulative balance. If the invoice doesn’t meet the conditions for earning points, or the client has no balance, both variables display as 0.
