Why does a warning appear even though the invoice was accepted?

The warning you are seeing is issued by the ZATCA portal itself, not by the system, and it does not indicate an error or a rejection. The invoice is valid and accepted — ZATCA warnings are advisory notes from the authority and no action is required on your part to complete the submission. Only warnings issued from 12 July 2026 onward are displayed, and they appear in both Arabic and English.
