Is a VAT number alone sufficient for a business client?

Yes, a VAT Registration Number on its own is sufficient for a business client without requiring a Commercial Registration number, and a C.R / Unified Number on its own is equally accepted without a VAT number. The system only requires at least one of the two — having both is also acceptable. The Business Name and Client Country are always required regardless.
