What Is the Difference Between Booking Statuses?
A booking status in Daftra reflects its current stage in the workflow. Here is what each status means:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Under Review | The booking has been created but not yet confirmed — awaiting review by the team or assigned staff member. |
| Confirmed | The booking has been reviewed and confirmed — the client is aware of their appointment and the team is ready. |
| Done | The service has been completed and the booking has been successfully fulfilled. |
| Cancelled | The booking has been cancelled by either the client or the team and will not be carried out. |
To change a booking status, open the desired booking and press the current status button at the top of the page to select a new status.
