What happens to the commission when a refund or credit note is created?

The impact depends on the sales period status:

• Open period: The system deducts the approved refund amount (after applying the contribution percentage) from the period’s achievement; the achievement percentage and commission decrease automatically.
• Approved period: No change occurs, subsequent refunds and credit notes have no effect on approved periods.
