Why does the message “One or more employees are selected in other criteria” appear?

This message appears when “All Employees” is selected in the employees field and you then attempt to add a specific role or department — because the targeted employees are already covered under the “All Employees” selection. To assign specific roles or departments, remove the “All Employees” tag first and then select the desired criteria.
