How Do I Add a Payment to a Booking Invoice?

  • From the main menu press Bookings.
  • Press Booking Management then open the desired booking.
  • Press the View Invoice button in the action bar at the top of the page.
  • The system will redirect to the full invoice view page.
  • Press the Add Payment button.
  • Enter the payment details (amount, payment method, date) then press Save.

The invoice status updates automatically after adding the payment — from “Unpaid” to “Partially Paid” or “Paid” depending on the amount settled.
