Why Is a Specific Booking Not Showing in the List Even Though It Exists in the System?
The most common reason is an active filter that is hiding the booking from the results. Check the following:
1. Active Search Filters
Make sure the list filters (date, status, client, staff) are not excluding the booking. Press Clear Filter or Reset to remove all filters and view the full list.
2. Date Range Does Not Include the Booking
If a date filter is applied, make sure the booking’s date falls within the selected range.
3. Booking Belongs to a Different Branch
Make sure you are viewing the correct branch — bookings linked to other branches will not appear in the current branch’s list.
4. Booking Is Cancelled
If the status filter excludes cancelled bookings, the booking may exist but be hidden — enable the “Cancelled” option in the status filter.
5. Limited View Permissions
If your account does not have permission to view other staff members’ bookings, some bookings may not appear. Contact your system administrator to verify.
