How Do I Convert a Booking to an Invoice?
You can convert a booking to an invoice in two ways:
1. From the Classic Booking View Page
- Go to Booking Management and open the desired booking.
- Press the Convert to Invoice button in the action bar at the top of the page to create one.
2. From the Add Booking Window in the Bookings Calendar
- When adding a new booking from the calendar, press the Pay button instead of Save.
- The system will navigate directly to the payment screen and create the invoice in the same step.
Once converted, the booking status changes to “Converted to Invoice” and an invoice tab appears on the booking view page showing the invoice number and status — example: Invoice #00012 (Unpaid).
