Viewing and Searching the Bookings List
The system allows you to view all bookings in a unified list with the ability to search, filter, and sort for quick access to any booking.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you have the permission to view bookings in your role.
Steps to View the List
- From the main menu click “Bookings“.
- Click “Manage Bookings“.
- A list of all bookings appears sorted from newest to oldest.
List Elements
Each row in the list displays the following information:
- Number: The automatic serial number of the booking.
- Client: The name of the client associated with the booking.
- Service: The name of the booked service.
- Employee: The name of the employee assigned to the booking.
- Date and Time: The booking date and start time.
- Status: The current booking status — Pending, Confirmed, Converted to Invoice, Cancelled, Completed.
- Invoice and Payment Status: The linked invoice number and its payment status if available.
Search and Filter
The filters appear directly at the top of the list:
- Number: Search by a specific booking number.
- Client: Search by client name, email, or phone number.
- Employee: Filter by the employee assigned to the booking.
- Date: Set a booking date range or choose from quick options — Last Month, Last Year.
- Status: Filter by booking status.
After selecting the filters click “Search” to apply them, or click “Cancel Filter” to clear all filters and return to the full view.
Quick Time Period Filters
Use the quick filter buttons below the search results to navigate between:
- All: Display all bookings.
- Today: Display today’s bookings only.
- Week: Display the current week’s bookings.
- Month: Display the current month’s bookings.
Sorting Results
Click “Sort By” at the top of the list to sort by: Client, Date, Date of Creation, or Number.
View Mode
The list view can be toggled using the two view buttons at the top left of the results:
- List View: Displays bookings in a detailed list.
- Calendar View: Displays bookings on an interactive monthly calendar.
Available Actions on Each Booking
Click the ··· icon next to any booking to access the following actions:
- View: Open the booking details page.
- Edit: Edit the booking details.
- Delete: Permanently delete the booking.
Bulk Actions
You can select more than one booking at once using the checkboxes then execute the following bulk actions from the actions menu:
- Delete: Delete the selected bookings in bulk.
- Send to Client: Send booking details to clients via email.
- Send SMS: Send a bulk text message to clients.
To select all click the checkbox at the top of the list and choose:
- All (Current Page): Select only the records on the visible page.
- All (All Pages): Select all records matching the selected filters.
Notes
- Clicking anywhere on a booking row takes you to the booking details page.
- A new booking can be created directly from this page by clicking the “Add Booking” button at the top of the screen.
- The “Booked Appointments” button is available to view scheduled appointments.
- The “Switch to Beta Version” button is available to switch to the new booking calendar interface.
