Why Don’t I See the “Export XML” Button in the Invoice?
The Export XML button only appears when the UAE E-Invoicing application is enabled and the e-invoicing integration settings are configured correctly.
To verify this:
- Go to Settings → App Manager.
- Search for the application under the “Sales Management” section.
- If the application is not activated, click “Activate”.
Once the application is activated and the integration setup is completed, the buttons will appear automatically in the invoice, credit note, and return view pages.
