View Lease Contract
The system allows you to view all lease contract details including contract information, client and unit data, financial details, installments list, and activity log all in one page.

Steps to View a Lease Contract
- From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
- Click on “Lease Contracts“.
- Click on the contract you want to view.
Data Displayed in the Lease Contract View Page
- Lease Contract Code: the unique identifier of the contract.
- Client: the client’s photo if available, or the default avatar if not, along with the client name and code.
- Unit: the unit name, unit type, and the unit type image if available.
- Start Date: the contract start date.
- End Date: the contract end date.
- Leasing Period: the total contract duration. Example: 2 Years.
- Payment Frequency: the time interval between each installment. Example: 1 Month.
- Next Installment Date: the due date of the upcoming installment. This field does not appear if all installments are paid.
- Paid Amount / Total Contract Amount: displayed in the format: Paid Amount / Total + Currency. The total is calculated from the sum of all installment values, and the paid amount is calculated from the sum of all invoice payments and debit note payments minus all refund receipts related to rental transactions.
- Sales Account: this field appears only if the chart of accounts plugin is activated in the system.
- Tax: the tax applied to the contract installments.
- Status: the current contract status. If one or more installments have an Overdue status, the contract is displayed with an Overdue status.
- Notes: any notes entered on the contract.
- Tags: the tags linked to the contract.
- Attachments: files and documents attached to the contract.
Installments Tab
Displays the list of installments linked to the lease contract with the details of each installment.
Activity Log Tab
Displays all operations performed on the contract in chronological order.
Available Actions in the View Page
- Edit: to edit the contract details.
- Delete: to delete the contract from the system.
- Change Status: to manually change the contract status when this option is enabled in settings. The system checks unit availability upon each status change and the action is recorded in the activity log.
- Add Installment: to manually add a new installment to the contract.
You can navigate between lease contracts using the “Next” and “Previous” buttons at the top of the page.
