Modifying the Statuses List of Reservation Orders

Daftra system provides you with a set of preliminary reservation statuses: confirmed, pending, canceled, finished. You can modify the list of statuses by deleting or adding.

• Note: Before starting, make sure to activate the Rentals and Units app in your account.

Steps to modify the Statuses List of Reservation Orders

• Choose “Rental and Unit Management” from the main menu.
• Select “Settings“.
• Click on the card “Reservation Orders Statuses”.
• “Edit” the name, type, and color of the already existing statuses.
• Remove any status by pressing the “Remove” button to the right of the status.
• Add new statuses by clicking on the “Add” button.
• Initial Status of the Reservation Order: Choose the status automatically assigned to each new reservation order.
• Allowed Reservation Statuses: Select the statuses that allow creating a new reservation order on them so there’s no overlap between two reservations at the same time. For instance, if you informed the system that the “Cancelled” status is among the allowed reservation statuses, and there’s a reservation order with the “Cancelled” status, the system will allow adding a new reservation order that overlaps in time with the first reservation order.
