Activating/ Deactivating a Workflow Cycle Type

How to activate/ deactivate a Workflow Type?

1. From the main menu, click on “Workflows”.
   • Note: If you only have one workflow, you will find the workflows in the main menu under the name of the first type of workflow. For example, if the first workflow type is “Car Contracts”, workflows will appear in the main menu as “Car Contracts”.
2. Click on “Settings”.
3. Click on the card “Workflow Types”.
4. Click on the workflow type card that you want to disable or activate, for example: “Car Contracts”.
5. Click on the “Mark as Inactive” or “Mark as Active” button.
   • Note: When disabling a workflow, it will disappear from the dropdown under “Workflows” in the main menu.
