View Reservation Order Activity Log

The system allows you to track all actions performed on a reservation order through the activity log, including creation, edits, status changes, and all other modifications made to its data.

Steps to View the Reservation Order Activity Log

  • From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
  • Click on “Reservation Orders“.
  • Search for the desired reservation order in the list.
  • Open the reservation order view page.
  • Navigate to the “Activity Log” tab.

Displayed Data

The log displays all actions performed on the reservation order, sorted from the most recent to the oldest. For each action, the following details are shown:

  • Action type (Create, Edit, Status Change)
  • The data that changed, including the old value and the new value
  • The name of the user who performed the action
  • The date and time the action was performed

Important Notes

  • All actions performed on a reservation order are automatically recorded in this log and in the system’s general activity log.
  • Activity log records cannot be deleted or modified.
  • This tab is visible to any user who has either the Manage Reservation Orders or View Reservation Orders permission.
