Viewing the Attendance Days List

The system allows you to view all attendance days in a unified list, with search, filtering, and sorting capabilities for quick access to any day.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the Manage Attendance Log Details permission in your assigned role.

Steps to Access the List

  1. From the main menu, click on “Attendance”.
  2. Click on “Attendance Days”.
  3. A list of all attendance days appears, sorted from newest to oldest.

List Elements

Each row in the list displays the following information:

  • Employee: The employee’s name and ID number.
  • Date: The date of the attendance day.
  • Sign In: The actual sign-in date and time.
  • Sign Out: The actual sign-out date and time.
  • Total Working Hours: The total working hours calculated for this day.
  • Status: The current status of the day, which includes:
    • Present — Green.
    • Absent — Red.
    • Sign In Only — Orange.
    • Sign Out Only — Orange.
    • Leave — Displayed in the color assigned to the leave type.
    • Day Off — Gray.

Search & Filters

Filters appear directly at the top of the list:

  • Employee: Search by employee name from the dropdown list. You can type part of the name and the system will autocomplete the results.
  • Status: Filter by day status — Present, Absent, Sign In Only, Sign Out Only, Leave.
  • From Date: Set the start date of the search range.
  • To Date: Set the end date of the search range.

After selecting your filters, click “Search” to apply them, or click “Reset” to clear all filters and return to the full default view.

Note: If no results match the search criteria, the following message appears:
“No Result Found, Try to change the Search Criteria.”

Sorting Results

Click “Sort by” at the top of the list to sort by date from oldest to newest or newest to oldest.

Available Actions per Day

Click the ··· icon next to any day to access the following actions:

  • View: Open the attendance day details page.
  • Edit: Navigate to the attendance day edit form.
  • Delete: Delete the attendance day.

Bulk Actions

You can select multiple days at once using the checkboxes, then execute the following action from the “Actions” menu:

  • Export: Export the selected days.

To select all, click the checkbox at the top of the list and choose:

  • All (Current Page): Select only the records on the current page.
  • All (All Pages): Select all records matching the active filters.

Buttons Available at the Top of the Screen

  • Add Attendance Day: Manually add a new attendance day.
  • Import: Import attendance days from an external file.
  • Calculate Attendance: Navigate to the attendance calculation page.
