Adding Salary Structures

Payroll structures facilitate the process of creating a contract, allowing you to customize payroll templates for a specific group of employees, employment level, or specific department. You can also set up salary components, whether they are earnings or deductions, to be automatically filled when creating a new contract by selecting a specific payroll structure, with the ability to make modifications as needed.

Creating a New Salary Structure

  1. From the main menu, click on “Payroll“.
  2. Click on “Salary Structures“.
  3. Click the “New Salary Structure” button.
  4. Enter the salary structure information as follows:
    • Name: Enter the name of the salary structure as required.
    • Status: Select the status of the salary template from the dropdown, whether active or inactive.
    • Payroll Frequency: Choose the payroll cycle from the dropdown (e.g., Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
    • Description: Write a description of the salary template in the dialog box as needed.
  5. Under the “Earnings” section, enter earnings items. For more details, you can refer to the “Salary Components” guide.
  6. Under the “Deductions” section, enter deduction items. For more details, you can refer to the “Salary Components” guide.
  7. Click the “Save” button.
