Contract Expiry Notification

Issue a notification of contract expiration between you and the employee by following the instructions below:

 

How to Set Up the Contract Expiry Notification

  1. From the main menu, click “Payroll“.
  2. Click “Settings“.
  3. Click “Contract Notifications“.
  4. Enter the contract expiration notice period in the box below “Duration“.
    • Note: The duration is calculated in days. For example, if you enter the duration as “30”, the system will notify the user 30 days before the contract’s end date.
  5. Click “Save“.
