Managing Restrictions on Employees Attendance

What are the Attendance Restrictions?

The feature “Attendance Restrictions” allows you to set restrictions on the attendance registration process for your company’s employees who work outside the company’s headquarters; whether from home or external work sites. These restrictions include:

  • Logging in via a network IP address.
  • Logging in within specific geographical boundaries.
  • Logging in by capturing an image of the employee.

You can mandatorily implement all three restrictions on your company’s employees. In this case, an employee won’t be able to complete the login process without sequentially adhering to all three restrictions.

Alternatively, you can opt for one of these restrictions to be mandatory and the others optional. In such a scenario, the employee will be obligated to adhere to the mandatory restriction during the login process; otherwise, they won’t be able to complete the process.
