Modifying an Employee Role

To edit the job role, follow the steps below:

  1. From the main menu, click on “Employees“.
  2. Click on “Manage Employee Roles“.
  3. Click the “Edit” button next to the desired employee role you want to modify.
  4. Select the role either if it’s related to employees or users.
    1. In case your choice is “Employee”  the system enables the choices for the permissions related to the HR App only to the employees assigned to this role.
    2. In case your choice is “User” the system enables choices for all permissions related to the all Apps available on the software to users assigned to this role.
  5. Make the necessary modifications within the job role as required.
  6. Click the “Save” button.
  • The modifications made will affect the employees assigned to this role.
