Adding a Note/ Attachment to the Employee File

Record notes on employees, specifying the date, time, and the action taken regarding this note. Also, attach related documents by uploading them to the account.

Steps to add Notes/ Attachments to the Employee Profile

  1. From the main menu, click on “Employees“.
  2. Click on “Manage Employees“.
  3. Click on the profile of the employee to whom you want to add a note/attachment.
  4. Click the “Add Note/Attachment” button and then enter the data as follows:
    • Date: Specify the date of the note or attachment addition
    • Time: Specify the time of the note or attachment addition
    • Action Performed: Select the executed action from the dropdown list
    • Update Status To: Choose the desired status from the list
    • Note: Type the required notes in the dialog box
    • Attachments: Add the needed files as an attachment to the employee file by clicking the “Upload” button or by dragging and dropping the attachment.
  5. Click the “Save” button
