Employee Attendance Log Sessions

How to Log an Employee Session

  1. From the main menu, click on “Attendance”.
  2. Click on “Attendance Log Sessions”.
  3. Click on the button “Take Employee Attendance”.
  4. The system will display a pop-up window for you to select the employee you wish to record their attendance for that session.
  5. From the dropdown list under “Employee”, select the name of the employee whose attendance you wish to record.
  6. Click on the “Sign” button.
  7. Repeat the process until you have recorded the attendance for all employees for the current session, then click the “X” button to close the pop-up window.
  8. Click the “Close” button on the top right of the screen.

Note: When adding a new “Attendance Log” for an employee, a new field called “Calculate Attendance” will appear on the “Attendance Logs” page. Clicking on it will automatically calculate the attendance logs through the system.
