Deleting an Employee Profile

Follow the steps outlined below to delete an employee file:

  1. From the main menu, click on “Employees“.
  2. Click on “Manage Employees“.
  3. Click on the employee file you wish to delete.
  4. Click on the “Delete” button located at the top of the employee’s profile data.
  5. Click on the “Yes” button in the system confirmation message to complete the deletion process.
  • Notes:
    • You can deactivate the employee file instead of deleting it by clicking on the “Mark as Inactive” button located at the top of the profile data. You can also reactivate it at any time by clicking on the “Mark as Active” button.
    • You cannot delete an employee file if they have an active contract. Therefore, you must first delete the employee’s contract before deleting their file. For more details, refer to the guide “Delete Contract“.
