Paying an Installment of a Loan

By following the steps outlined below, you will learn how to pay the employees’ loan installments and record them in the account.


How to pay a Loan's Installment

  1. From the main menu, click on “Payroll”.
  2. Click on “Loans“.
  3. Click on the loan for which you want to pay the installment.
  4. At the top of the loan details, click on the button “Pay Installment“.
  5. Enter the payment information as follows:
    • Installments: Select the desired installment to be collected from the dropdown list.
    • Payment Date: Choose the installment payment date from the calendar.
    • Payment Account: Select the desired payment account to collect the payment from the dropdown list.
  6. Click on the “Save” button.
