Reason of the Employee Attendance Status showing as Invalid

To correctly record the attendance of an employee or user and ensure that the log status is “valid”, the time of the employee or user’s attendance registration must fall within the range of the assigned shift for that employee/user, and also within their specific attendance restrictions “if applicable”.

In cases where the registration time differs from their assigned shift times or if the attendance is not recorded through their specific attendance restrictions, the attendance status will appear as “invalid”.
