Exporting Employees Data

Keep employee files by exporting their data or some of it as needed. The system allows you to select the data you want to export. Once the command is given, the data is exported in a CSV format file.

Steps to Export the Employees Data

  1. From the main menu, click on “Employees“.
  2. Click on “Manage Employees“.
  3. Click on the “Export” button located at the top of the screen.
  4. Select/unselect the data fields you want to export for the employees by clicking on the checkbox next to each field.
    • Note: All fields will be selected by default by the system. To deselect all at once, click on the “Unselect All” button located at the top right of the screen.
  5. Click on the “Export” button located at the top right of the screen.
  • The system will download a CSV file containing all the selected employee data.
