Why doesn’t the “Pay Payroll” button appear for some users?

The most common reason is a missing permission. The user must have the “Pay Payrolls” permission assigned to their role for the button to appear. If this permission is not enabled, the user will not see the button at all.

To verify or update this, go to “Settings”, then “Users & Permissions”, and make sure the appropriate permission is enabled for the relevant role.
