Can a deleted approval configuration be restored?

No, deleting an approval configuration is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you confirm the deletion, the message “{Configuration Name} Configuration deleted successfully” appears, and the configuration is completely removed from the system with no way to recover it.

If you want to stop using the configuration temporarily while keeping the option to restore it later, use “Deactivate” instead of “Delete” — deactivation can be reversed at any time, while deletion cannot.

Note: A configuration linked to active requests cannot be deleted; the system blocks this and displays a list of the linked requests for you to review first.
