Who Receives the Notification When a Task Is Assigned and Completed?

The notification recipient varies depending on the event type:

• When a task is assigned (whether when it is created or reassigned to another employee), the notification is sent to the task assignee (or the new assignee in case of reassignment).
• When a task is completed, the notification is sent to the person who created the task, not the assignee who completed it.

Note: Each user receives notifications only for tasks they are directly involved in, either as the assignee or the task creator.
