Can a Completed Task Be Re-assigned?

No. A task cannot be reassigned after it has been completed. The Re-Assign action is available only when the task status is To Do or In Progress. This action is not available once the task reaches the Completed status.

Note: If you attempt to reassign a completed task, the system displays the following validation message: “The task cannot be re-assigned when the status is completed.”
