Storages List

Storage — List

This screen displays all internal storage locations available in the system. These are the areas where assets are stored when they are not assigned to employees, such as the IT storage room or the main warehouse shelf. These locations are used in the Custody Information section when Used By = Storage.

How to Access

From the Employees Module:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Click on Storage.

From the Accounting Module:

  • Go to Accounting Settings.
  • Click on Storage.

List Content

The list displays records in a paginated format. Each record includes the following columns:

  • Storage Name
  • Description
  • Status — Active / Inactive
  • Actions — View, Edit, Delete

Search & Filters

  • Storage Name: Text field with auto-suggestions.
  • Status: All / Active / Inactive.
  • Search: Reloads the list based on applied filters.
  • Reset: Clears all filters and displays the full list.

Notes

  • Only active storage locations appear in the selection list when choosing a storage location in asset screens.
  • Inactive or deleted locations do not appear in any selection list across the system.
