Creating a Leave Application from the Attendance Permissions Screen
The system allows you to create a new leave application directly from the Attendance Permissions screen, without navigating away to the Leave Applications list — saving time and improving workflow efficiency.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the Add Leave Application permission in your assigned role.
Steps to Create a Leave Application from the Attendance Permissions Screen
- From the main menu, click on “Attendance”.
- Click on “Attendance Permissions”.
- At the top of the screen, click the dropdown arrow next to the “New Attendance Permission” button.
- From the dropdown menu, select “New Leave Application”.
- You will be taken directly to the New Leave Application creation page.
Notes
- Clicking the “New Attendance Permission” button directly — without opening the dropdown — opens the Attendance Permission creation form as usual.
- No data is carried over from the Attendance Permissions screen to the Leave Application page. This option is a shortcut link only.
- The “New Leave Application” option is only visible to users who have the Add Leave Application permission.
