View Task Flows List
This screen allows a system administrator or HR administrator to view a comprehensive list of all task flows launched for employees, in order to monitor the progress of each task flow and track the completion percentage of its associated tasks.
Before You Begin
- You must have the “Manage Task Flows” permission.
Steps to View the Task Flows List
- From the main menu, click “Task Management”, then go to “Task Flows”.
- All added task flows will appear in the “Task Flows” screen.
Actions on the Task Flows List
- Adding a new task flow:
- From the top of the Task Flows screen, click the “Add Task Flow” button.
- Navigating between the task flows list pages:
- When the number of task flows exceeds the capacity of a single page, pagination elements appear at the top right of the screen, including:
- Results counter: displays the total number of flows in the format “1-2 of 2.”
- Page counter: displays the current page number out of the total number of pages.
- Navigation arrows (< >): used to move between the previous and next page. These arrows are disabled (grayed out) when there is only one page, and are automatically enabled when there is more than one page.
- When the number of task flows exceeds the capacity of a single page, pagination elements appear at the top right of the screen, including:
Search and Filter
Search and filter fields appear directly at the top of the list. The available search options for task flows are:
- Search by employee name or code.
- Search by template name.
- Search by status (To Do / In Progress / Completed).
After selecting the search criteria, click “Search” to apply them, or click “Clear All” to clear all search criteria and return to the full list view.
Task Flows List Display
The screen displays all added task flows in a table that includes the following columns:
- Flow Code: the code specific to the task flow.
- Target Employee: the name of the employee associated with the task flow.
- Template: the task template used to create the flow.
- Tasks Progress: the number of completed tasks out of the total number of tasks in the flow.
- Status: the task flow’s status (To Do / In Progress / Completed).
- Actions: the actions menu allows the user to perform the available actions on each task flow, such as View, Edit, and Delete.
At the top of the task flows list, you can click “Sort” and sort by creation date, either ascending or descending.
Validation Rules
- If no task flow records exist in the system, the following message will appear: “No records added yet! There are no records to display yet, create your first task flow to get started,” along with an “Add Task Flow” button below the message.
- If no records match the selected search or filter criteria, the following message will appear: “No results found, no matching task flow found, try adjusting your filters or adding a new task flow,” along with “Reset Filters” and “Add Task Flow” buttons below the message.
