View Attendance Flag Details
This feature allows an HR user to view the full details of any attendance flag, including its basic information and activity log, with the ability to activate or deactivate it directly from the view screen.
Before You Begin
- Make sure the “Employee Attendance” setting is enabled under “Human Resources Management” settings; otherwise, the user will not be able to access this screen.
- Make sure you have the “Manage Attendance Settings” permission under the “Employees” section.

- From the side menu, click “Attendance”, then go to “Settings”.
- On the “Attendance Settings” screen, click “Attendance Flags”.
- In the row of the attendance flag you want to view, click on it to open the flag’s view screen, or click View from the actions dropdown menu.

How the System Works
- The view screen displays all attendance flag details exactly as recorded in the system, without the ability to edit them directly from this screen.
- The “Edit” and “Delete” buttons redirect the user to the screen dedicated to each action.
- The activity log displays all actions that have taken place on this flag over time.
- When “Mark as Inactive” is clicked, the flag’s status changes to Inactive, and it is automatically removed from all shifts associated with it.
- When “Mark as Active” is clicked for a deactivated flag, its status returns to Active; however, the shifts, if any, that were removed during deactivation won’t be automatically restored.
