Sending the Login Details to a User

You can send an employee who is allowed access to the system (a user) their login credentials by following the steps illustrated below.

Steps to send the Login Details to a User

Follow the steps below:

  1. From the main menu, click on “Employees”.
  2. Select from the menu “Manage Employees”.
  3. Click on the desired employee’s file.
  4. Click on “Send Login Details“.
  5. A message will appear at the top of the page stating “Credentials sent successfully“.
    • Note 1: The password is randomly generated by the system and changes each time the login details for the user are sent.
    • Note 2: The system administrator can set a static password by following the steps at the link “Set User Password
