Logging the Employee Attendance

The system allows you to record employee attendance through several different methods. You can import the attendance log from a CSV file, pull the attendance log from a machine, or manually record an employee’s attendance in real-time. In addition, you can export attendance logs to an external file for other purposes.

Manually logging an Employee's Attendance

  1. From the main menu, click on “Attendance“.
  2. Click on “Attendance Logs“.
  3. Click on the arrow next to the “Import File” button and select “Take Employees Attendance” from the dropdown menu.
  4. The system will display a window for you to select the employee whose attendance you want to record for that session.
  5. Select the desired employee’s name from the dropdown menu under “Employee“.
  6. Click on the “Sign” button.
  7. Repeat the process until you have recorded the attendance for all employees in the current session, then click on the “X” button to close the window.
