Can Onboarding Be Disabled After It Has Been Enabled? and What Happens to Ongoing Tasks?

Yes, Onboarding can be disabled at any time. From the Onboarding and Offboarding Settings screen, you can turn off the Onboarding toggle. Once the changes are saved, the Launch Onboarding Tasks option is immediately removed from employee profiles, preventing users from launching a new onboarding workflow.

Tasks that were already launched before Onboarding was disabled remain unchanged. Their status is not affected, they continue to be processed, and they can be completed normally like any other task.
