Viewing and Searching the Task Templates List

This screen displays all the task templates created in your account in one place, with the ability to search, filter, and quickly access each template’s details, edit it, or delete it. This article explains the screen’s content and how to use it.

Before You Begin

You must have the “View Task Templates” permission to access this screen.

Accessing the Screen

  1. From the main menu, click “Task Management.
  2. Click “Settings.”
  3. Click the “Task Templates” card.

List Content

The list displays all templates in a table with the following columns:

Column Description
Template Name The template’s name as entered upon creation
Template Code The automatically generated code for the template
Number of Tasks The total number of tasks added within the template
Status Active / Inactive
Creation Date The date the template was created

Search and Filtering

The filter at the top of the list provides the following fields:

Field Description
Search by Name or Code Lets you search for a specific template using its name or code
Status Filter templates by status (Active / Inactive)
Created By Filter templates by the user who created them

After selecting the required filters, click “Search” to apply them, or click “Clear All” to reset all filters and display the full list.

Actions Available for Each Template

  • View Details: Click the template’s name to open its full details.
  • Edit: From the edit icon next to the template.
  • Delete: From the delete icon, with a confirmation request before final deletion.
  • Add New Template: From the “Add Template” button at the top of the screen.

Important Notes

  • A template currently in use by active flows cannot be deleted until those flows are complete.
  • Templates with “Inactive” status remain visible in this list, but do not appear as an option when launching a new task flow.
