Creating a Leave Application from the Attendance Permissions Screen

The system allows you to create a new leave application directly from the Attendance Permissions screen, without navigating away to the Leave Applications list — saving time and improving workflow efficiency.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the Add Leave Application permission in your assigned role.

Steps to Create a Leave Application from the Attendance Permissions Screen

  1. From the main menu, click on “Attendance”.
  2. Click on “Attendance Permissions”.
  3. At the top of the screen, click the dropdown arrow next to the “New Attendance Permission” button.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select “New Leave Application”.
  5. You will be taken directly to the New Leave Application creation page.

Notes

  • Clicking the “New Attendance Permission” button directly — without opening the dropdown — opens the Attendance Permission creation form as usual.
  • No data is carried over from the Attendance Permissions screen to the Leave Application page. This option is a shortcut link only.
  • The “New Leave Application” option is only visible to users who have the Add Leave Application permission.
