Can I delete an installment payment and reschedule it?

You can delete an installment payment from an invoice by going to “Sales” in the main menu, then clicking “Manage Invoices”. Select the desired invoice, go to its view page, click the “Payments” button, and then choose “Delete” next to the installment you want to remove.

Note: Only paid installments can be deleted, as they appear in the payment history and can be removed from there. Once deleted, the system will automatically reschedule it in the installment agreement. If the installment is unpaid, it cannot be deleted from the agreement.
