What is the method for linking my account in Daftra software with the tax authority account?

  • Required procedures to correctly link the Daftra account with the tax authority account:
  1. Navigate to “Settings” from the main menu and then choose “Apps Manager”.
  2. Activate the Egyptian Electronic Invoice app and click on the “Save” button.
  3. Go to “Sales” from the main menu and click on “Sales Settings”.
  4. Click on the “Electronic Invoice Settings” card.
  5. Add your details that are associated with your account with the tax authority, then click on the “Save” button.

 

  • Make sure to completely and correctly add the company details within “Account Settings”, as follows:
    • Business name.
    • Address – Must begin with the specific property number of the establishment.
    • Contact numbers.
    • Email.
    • Tax Identification Number and Commercial Registry(CR).
  • Ensure you correctly and completely add the client’s details for whom the invoice is created, which includes:
    • The name of the business client.
    • Address.
    • Contact numbers.
    • Email.
    • Commercial Registry.
    • Tax Identification Number.
