Displaying the Item’s Last Selling Price in the Invoice Creation Screen

Always needing to follow up on the latest sales operations for products and review the specific selling price, the system allows the display of the last selling price at which the product was sold during the addition of a new invoice. It is also possible to view the last selling price of the product to the selected client in the invoice creation screen.

1. From the main menu, click on “Sales”.
2. Click on “Sales Settings”.
3. Click on “Invoicing Settings”.
4. In the field “Minimum and Last Selling Price Per Item Display”, select the desired option as follows:
   1. Hide Minimum and Last Selling Price: Hides the minimum selling price and the last selling price for items during invoice creation. These values will not be displayed to users while creating invoices.
   2. Show minimum price and Last Selling Price Across All Clients: This will display the last selling price at which the product was sold generally to all customers.
   3. Show minimum price and Last Selling Price for the Selected Client: This will display the last selling price at which the product was sold to the selected client on the invoice creation screen.
5. Click on “Save”.

• After saving the changes, when creating a new invoice, the last selling price for the product will appear as follows
