Displaying the Item’s Last Selling Price in the Invoice Creation Screen

Always needing to follow up on the latest sales operations for products and review the specific selling price, Daftra program allows the display of the last selling price at which the product was sold during the addition of a new invoice. It is also possible to view the last selling price of the product to the selected client in the invoice creation screen.

1. From the main menu, click on “Sales”.
2. Click on “Sales Settings”.
3. Click on “General Invoice/ Estimate Settings”.
4. In the field “Display Last Selling Price and Minimum Price”, select the desired option as follows:
   1. Display Last Selling Price: This will display the last selling price at which the product was sold generally to all customers.
   2. Display Last Selling Price For Each Client: This will display the last selling price at which the product was sold to the selected client on the invoice creation screen.
5. Click on “Save”.

• After saving the changes, when creating a new invoice, the last selling price for the product will appear as follows
