Change Sales Order Status
Note: Before starting, make sure to activate the setting “Enable Sales Order Manual Statuses” from the sales settings in your account.
Steps to change the Status of the Sales Order
- From the main menu, click on “Sales”.
- Select from the menu “Manage Sales Orders”.
- Click on the sales order file you wish to change its status.
- Click on the “Select Status” button.
- Select one of the statuses from the list.
- Note: To add new statuses to the sales order, click on “Edit Statuses List for Sales Order”.
