Change Sales Order Status

Note: Before starting, make sure to activate the setting “Enable Sales Order Manual Statuses” from the sales settings in your account.

Steps to change the Status of the Sales Order

  1. From the main menu, click on “Sales”.
  2. Select from the menu “Manage Sales Orders”.
  3. Click on the sales order file you wish to change its status.
  4. Click on the “Select Status” button.
  5. Select one of the statuses from the list.
  • Note: To add new statuses to the sales order, click on “Edit Statuses List for Sales Order”.
